Welcome to Secret Valley Plantation Resort in Munnar. By accessing and using our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid ID proof is required at check-in for all guests. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate plan. We accept online payments, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: Full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged. No-shows or early departures: No refund will be provided. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Check-in & Check-out Check-in time: 12:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Extra Bed & Occupancy Policy Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra bed charges apply as per the current tariff. Children under 5 years stay free if using existing bedding.

5. Resort Rules & Regulations Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Pets are not allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to resort property and will be charged accordingly. Illegal activities, including drug use and any form of misconduct, will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

6. Liability & Disclaimer The resort is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables. Please use the in-room safes. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), in which case a full refund will be provided. Guests participate in activities at their own risk. The resort is not liable for any injuries or accidents.

7. Privacy Policy We collect personal data only for booking purposes and do not share it with third parties except as required by law. Secure payment gateways are used for transactions, and we do not store card details.
